Data Synchronization – As information is updated in your information system, transactions can be submitted to Connexus to synchronize the Meta data from one information system to another.

Application : As data is added or updated in the companies EPR system the information is populated into the Document Management System without any user intervention.

Data Replication – Data Replication consist of the ability to copy information from one Document Repository to another. The Meta data and related document file is copied to another location based certain events.

Application : Upon a release or approval event, the file and properties are replicated to a released database to an off-site location.

Printing Integration – This feature allows users to submit print request from their existing information system and submit to the Connexus Printing module.

Application : Printing related Work Orders drawings from the ERP system. Information would query the document management system for the files and submit them for printing automatically.

Multiple Data Source Support – The Connexus Data Exchange can be setup for Multiple Data Sources for Synchronization, Replication, and Printing Integration. These Data Sources include: (ODBC, SQL, MDB, and ADO )

Extract CAD Content – Attributed data within the CAD file have content that needs to be populated back to your business information system.

Application : As the data is updated in the CAD file, an engineer can use a command to submit a transaction to update the into the company's ERP system.
